Heren is an analytics and risk management consultant located in the greater New York City area. Her primary industry resides in financial services (New York University), she is passionate about employing analytics in all other fields. She has held several non-profit leadership positions, where she gained valuable skills such as project/event planning, problem solving, conflict resolution, effective communication, and strategic marketing. She excels at creative and critical writing.

Kenny graduated from New York University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering. As someone who has lived in both US and Venezuela for over ten years each, and someone who speaks English, Spanish, and Chinese fluently,he is a highly adaptable person with a wide range of communication and networking skills.

從北京亮馬河南路的聯(lián)合國(guó)小院，到曼哈頓東河沿岸的聯(lián)合國(guó)總部，我在更大國(guó)際組織平臺(tái)看到了更大的世界。但是不甘于聯(lián)合國(guó)平淡的工作，我選擇了來(lái)到清柚，加入這個(gè)元?dú)鉂M滿的家庭，未來(lái)我將會(huì)和每一個(gè)學(xué)生一同成長(zhǎng)。

前環(huán)球時(shí)報(bào)英文版記者，前新東方GRE老師。在復(fù)旦新聞學(xué)院的四年的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)，她嘗試從電視臺(tái)，報(bào)社記者，到跨國(guó)企業(yè)的所有傳媒相關(guān)的工作，原本以為傳媒一條路走到底的她，在大四畢業(yè)Gap等美國(guó)研究生錄取的過(guò)程中，誤打誤撞成了一名GRE老師。 講課過(guò)程中體會(huì)到了教書(shū)育人的成就感，學(xué)生從對(duì)GRE一知半解到拿到超高分，細(xì)心回答學(xué)生的每一個(gè)備考申請(qǐng)的問(wèn)題。

看到他們努力陸續(xù)收到美國(guó)學(xué)校的錄取，她體會(huì)到了教育改變?nèi)松囊饬x，也找到了自己為之努力的方向。 她拒絕了所有美國(guó)傳媒專業(yè)研究生的錄取信，自己從零開(kāi)始重新申請(qǐng)教育學(xué)，同時(shí)在國(guó)內(nèi)繼續(xù)教課，直到……教育學(xué)碩士的錄取。

在畢業(yè)之后她依然堅(jiān)持著自己最初的理想，加入清柚幫助每一個(gè)學(xué)生完成GRE考試，并且?guī)椭鷮W(xué)生規(guī)劃申請(qǐng)方案，盡力讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生都申請(qǐng)到自己的夢(mèng)想的學(xué)校。
